  • Materials provided within the courses are the intellectual property of Westom and are protected by copyright law.
  • The user is granted a license for personal use only – copying, distributing, or sharing account access with third parties is prohibited and may result in the blocking of access.

4. SEO/SEM and Consulting Services

  • Specific terms and conditions for SEO/SEM projects are determined individually in separate agreements.
  • Westom commits to exercising due diligence in the performance of services; however, due to the nature of third-party algorithms (e.g., Google), permanent rankings in search results are not guaranteed.

5. Orders and Payments

  • Prices for services and products listed on the website are net prices, unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or through payment operators available on the website.

6. Liability

  • Westom is not liable for website interruptions resulting from technical issues or force majeure.
